yes, i have reset my password and was about to login. but the account is entirely empty (no characters), and from the web login, i can see that i have existing NX. based on the rule that an account has to be at least level 15 to vote, i strongly believe i have played this game before
Thanks a lot for your help Kenny, adding on a bit more details here: As I have reset-ed my account pw to be able to login (this account), I can see from the web portal that there were existing NX (14k), and at that moment I believe my account has been restored. However, when I tried to vote, it has prompt that I would need at least a level 15 character to be able to do so, which puzzles me. About a day or two later thereafter, I've downloaded the client, and was about to login my account. It may be due to age, I was prompted to create my security pin, along with my secondary password. Thereafter, I realise at the character screen that it is completely empty. And I went ahead to create a character using my usual name for all other games (iChromeZ, mage I/L). I have attached 2 screenshots here, as I wasn't prepared to document information at that point in time and just wanted to get back on the game. It has been way too many years to recall my youthful self's character naming abilities, especially when I took a long hiatus from all games. To the best of my abilities, these are the names that I could vaguely recall which I may have used in my early years: Shangpin996 Champagne iChromeZ (I have created a new character in this account with this name as its my signature for games in recent years) iMegumin Megumin iLolita Lolita Hope you're able to track any details from my username and I could relive my childhood memories to the fullest! thank you ~
