    hi, ive lost my account before couple of years here, it had a lot of things and now because i forgot the pic the account got blocked, also my email is got deleted so i can not change my password or anything im not sure about the name of my character- it was like AlphaAssassin or AlphaTheif it really important to me if you could help me :)

    Thanks for reaching out to me! If that's the case then unfortunately there's nothing I can do with the too many tries :(
    Due to the amount of hacked account incidents we have had in the past (a few hackers made 16+ pages of fake ban appeals trying to pretend they were the real owner) all of the account recovery requests now to be done by the Admins, and it could take awhile as their list of responsibilities has a very large queue.

    You will have to follow these steps over here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ and wait for an Admin to help you out. :)

    Edit: Upon further investigation your account that you provided via PM does not appear to be banned, however the IP you are currently using was previously banned back in 2018. I would suggest refreshing your IP address to see if you can get into the game. If you can't, I would follow the steps in that link ^
