Closed Refund Maple Party Hat?

    Problem: Maple Party Hat bug
    Details:

    Hello,

    During the MapleRoyals 4th Anniversary, I purchased a Maple Party Hat from the NPC Gaga. It costs 1,500 4th Anniversary Candles. However, when I purchased it, I didn't receive the hat and wasted the 1,500 Candles.

    I made a thread ( https://royals.ms/forum/threads/maple-party-hat-bug.92728/#post-512537 ) about the bug a few weeks prior to this thread and it has since been fixed during one of the server checks.

    It was recommended by Jr. Developer Andreas to post in this part of the forum to request a refund of either the 4th Anniversary Candles lost or the Maple Party Hat never gained.
