Soo for a couple of times now, I've encountered broken maps and messaged the GM about them. It then says waiting for response but nothing happens? It's hard to get in contact with a GM since they never respond to the messages I send. Edit: nvm GMs are awesome
GMs are not available all the time. They have personal lives outside of royals. They'll eventually get to it.
I just woke up- it's 6am my time you messaged. QQ I'll hop on and address your problem before I go to work.
I could be wrong on this one, but I think that if we had a GM who is on late-night PST the server would have almost full coverage.
You can't really complain about it, they're doing their best. Everytime I messaged them they were alway responded. It's just up to timing.
