Fixed Regular Attack Triggers MP Eater

    It absorbs 14 MP out of Slime's max MP(35 MP), which is exactly 40% of it.

    Magic skills should be the only ones that trigger MP Eater.

    EDIT:
    I also found that Three Snails triggers MP Eater. But I'm not sure if it's a magic skill or not.
