reinstallation because original shortcut no longer worked

How do I fix it? It's already been disabled and I've reinstalled

 

Are you logged in as an admin?

 

Check if MapleRoyals.exe isn't running in the background and close it if it does, then try to continue your installation.

 

fixed by uninstalling antivirus, reinstalling adding exception and clean reinstallation of mapleroyals
