Remove the 99% uptime from gtop100

    I think the server should be honest to it's community and future players and 99% server uptime is just not true (at least lately).

    The server has been up for over a year and has suffered very little downtime until recently.

    The downtime last night was not even within our control.
    As goofy said the server has been up over a year and there has been very little downtime over all. The times we are down, we've been actively fixing things or trying to solve issues.

    Seeing as this is very very easily going to devolve into complaints rather than constructive feedback I'm closing it now before it gets out of hand.

    It's so much easier to complain about something rather than offer up a suggestion or idea on how to fix something isn't it?
