I find it stupid that you can't get punished by GMs when you get reported for scamming. I mean, why can you get banned for harassment (minor cases) but not get banned when you steal someones shit?

What is the point of having rules? Is it not to keep others from ruining a players experience?

Like come on, I see several ban reports of minor cases where the GMs step in, but even when all proof back up the scammed victim, you guys say "GMs don't deal with this". How come GMs have time to deal with stupid shit like minor cases of KSing, verbal abuse, etc.

    I think it's time for a change.

Report your own thread and that will alert the forum moderators to move your thread. They'll probably move it eventually if you just leave it alone.

You don't need a government monitoring everything that happens here and I don't think they want that massive amount of work.

Don't buy leech from randoms don't buy z-helms from randoms, don't lend out your equips, it's not very hard to avoid getting scammed.

TL; DR IS NOT MEANT TO BE WRITTEN AS, IN LIEU OF OR IN ADDITION TO THE RULES; OR TO BE CONSTRUED OR APPLIED AS THE THE ACTUAL RULES.

Basically the tl:dr is not the actual rules and don't work as it,
Like several other scammers their other characters as been put out open, you get blacklisted, can't join guilds, no boss runs,
    No leniency.

It's not like the staff agrees with scamming but it's not possible to have them do the work.

The difference as I see it with scamming and other minor bans, such as harassment, is that you can avoid being scammed. You can't avoid it if someone wants to wantonly harass you. For example, if the items in someones shop are misleadingly priced it's not their fault someone else falls for it, you just have to double check your buy. I know I've bought things stupidly before double checking, and after that I always make sure the item is what it seems. Or if you bring someone on a zak run do a "backgroud check" using the community black list and make sure they don't have pet loot equipped before going in.
