Closed Request a refund

Problem: Request a refund if its posible since my items just dessapair.
Details: I already explain this on a different thread but i guess i need to do at the formal way. Here's the proof how i lost my items (I show the way how this bug work, i haven't recording when i lost my items)

Here's the link and how i explain my problem.
According to the problem says that all items disappeared because there was a cash item between them. The system recognizes it as grabbed as if it were a common item, but at the time of verification, it is simply empty.

The items I lost was:

1. 180 TMA elemental wand 5
2. Depusty Star clean

I hope a refund is possible.

 

I remember was like 11 int -169 Magic atack

 

So still no way to refund ?:/
