I'm a user who was banned due to for account sharing issues while playing in the past. I understand that the account has been banned and I am not going to dispute it. and this time, I want to play the game from scratch without really causing any issues. However, since the character in the account I previously owned is the guild leader of the guild with our friends, I cannot delegate the guild to other people. Could it be possible to completely delete the characters in my account and transfer the guild master to another guild member who has accessed the guild, or to request to delete both the character and the guild? Hello, Unfortunately you had previously been permanently banned for Major Vote Abuse and Account Sharing. A permanent ban applies to you as a player as well as your accounts and connection and as such you will not be allowed to play the game anymore. Evading this permanent ban has resulted in a ban for your current accounts as well.
