EXPLANATION: My biological sister is currently failing high school and is lying to me about limiting her time online, therefore I hope I can temp ban her as an intervention until Jun 10 so she can graduate and go to college. We have history online of playing under the same wifi, chat logs saying we are sisters (talking about family online), and I can even provide ID via PM if really necessary. I'm really desperate to help her go to college (I'm currently at college and can't step in physically, my parents are trying their best to limit her computer use but she uses the time she has online for MR instead of homework) and if this is possible I'd be eternally grateful. I'm wondering if this is possible at all? Even though we understand your reasoning behind it you cannot request a self-ban for someone else. We can however ban you for however long you want (up to 6 months) and anyone playing on the same IP address will also be affected by this.

Ok, thank you for trying & explaining everything! Hopefully she can control her game time on her own... To all of haute's friends reading this and reporting all this back to her: help her get her sh** together and tell her to log off. Tell her to focus on the real world if y'all really care about her or ignore her when she logs on. Regardless of emotional support needed, you can't take up all her time (when some of you are in different time zones and she's up at 5am talking to you kids in time zones at 3pm or whatever) because if she fails, she can't go to college for another year. And trust me, she wants to go to a 4-year college. I seriously can't believe an attempt at reliving childhood nostalgia led to this mess. Hi sis. Thanks for reading.
