Can I get unbanned? Thanks for responding to DMs. There's quite a lot going on! Firstly, you may have forgotten your characters, IGNs etc due to your first account being created so long ago. You are not banned. You can recover your account details here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ if you are having issues getting in. Secondly, the reason you can't get into the game is because the IP address you're connecting with is banned. Simply restart your router to obtain a new IP address before reconnecting to MapleRoyals then you should be all good to go.
