   I've tried resetting my pin and pic, click the link that gets sent to my email address. However, all it says is that they've been reset, but it doesn't tell me what to.
   I've looked in both Spam and Junk folders to see if I've gotten an email telling me what they've been reset to, but I've yet to receive anything.
   Please advise!
