Respawn rate on Jr. Newties

Is there any possible way to make it so the Jr. Newts respawn as quickly as they are supposed to? Can the respawn rate be increased? They are supposed to respawn pretty nearly instantly, but they don't.

This is the place people in my level range would normally be training, but I can't since it doesn't work right. So I'm forced to try to buy leech or grind endless hours for a few levels and I haven't even reached 120 yet....that's frustrating. If there were squid parties or viking parties, it wouldn't be so bad, but there aren't.

 

if it takes more than 15(case of hermit. cant remember. not sure) hits to kill newties,
spawn rate is delayed. theres a certain period for spawning.
if u cant kill newtie in the period, u have to wait another period after killing the newtie.
but if this is not ur case, nvm.

 

I trained on newts on Global from 9x to 120 with mediocre gear. I know how they are supposed to work, and how they work here is not how they are supposed to work.

I am impressed that they actually respawn properly...cause in previous version 62 servers I played on, they didn't. But the respawn rate is too damn slow.

 

hmm i just killed some newties. it works just as i thought.
if u can kill newties with 6~7 or 14~15 hits, u can train without stop attacking.
but still delayed though u can kill them with 6~7 or 14~15 hits, i think theres something wrong with ur pc or something...... not server itself.

 

Yeah I'm a hermit. That's pretty much the training route I've used, but himes has become gruelingly slow soloing and I can't seem to find someone to party up with.

I'm not arguing with you for the sake of arguing, I just know how it worked on Global. As I said, even with terrible equipment, I was able to continuously snipe newties at 9x and I know it took more than a few hits to do so.

And there's certainly nothing wrong with my computer...it's brand new.

anyway, i might have idea why spawn is so delayed.
as i said, theres a certain period for spawning. and u kill newties with around 9 hits right?
u should kill newties least 6~7(or 13~14)hits or u have to wait for another period.
killing at 9~(or 16~)hits, u may miss spawn timing. once timing has gone, u have to wait.
u should kill newties at 6~7 hit, then spawn wont be delayed.
in ur case, this might be wrong, but then i dont have any ideas why spawn is delayed.
this just my thought and i dont know why doesnt work here as u know, so plz dont take this too serious.
