RatMouth is my only character. I started back again a few months ago and made him and play him every day. I might have other characters because I know I played mapleroyals back in like 2018 or so but I definitely don't remember the igns or information. I tried to recover them when I started playing again but I wasn't able to recover the info for them so I gave up and just started over.
Well I don't believe that, since RatMouth is directly related to the character "Nobody1", who was permanently banned for hacking.
I don't even know who that is... This morning I did have an unusual thing happen though. When I tried to login to my account my normal password was not working. I went on the mapleroyals website to reset it. It was the same password I was using for months. What's also weird is this morning when I checked me email there was a password reset in my inbox for my mapleroyals account even though I didn't send it. Im not sure if this could somehow be related? Are you able to check if someone else was maybe on my character rat mouth? I was going to login to check if there was an issue or if items were missing but then I noticed I was banned.

I don't know what you mean by that. I don't own own multiple accounts. I've been playing two months on one account. I don't know who this nobody1 person person is. Have they been playing on my connection this whole time? I really didn't do anything wrong. I told you I had issues this morning with my account and I reset my password. Can you please look into it further Tim? Thank you
I often play at the library near my house when my family is home because I like the peace and quiet. I know public internet is not always the safest but I've never had an issue before.
you played every day from this connection and computer you played outside of library opening hours in your area I looked up the covid-19 restrictions of your city regarding library use and they state: specifically rules regarding the amount of times you're allowed to reserve a seat and the hours you're allowed to have that seat reserved don't match your recent activity from the connection that you share with the hacker so I highly doubt this is your library connection.
First of all, words like "highly doubt" are not considered concrete evidence. Secondly, I am not there all the time, I am there SOMETIMES. You are correct about being only able to reserve library times between a certain hour and this time is limited. I always call the library to ask when I'm able to come and they book me in but I am NOT there every time I play maple. The library I go to is very busy and there is not always room, so on those days I stay home. There are many other people using the computers to play games and it is very likely that some people also play maple royals because there is a large French community that plays maple royals, for example my guild is Quebec and there are many people from Montreal that play. I have friends in my area that also play. I understand your suspicions. But I have not broken any rules within the past two months that I know of, so unless you can actually prove with concrete evidence that I was HACKING as you say, I don't think that this ban is just. Once again, I don't know this Nobody person, I have never met them in my life. I would like to continue playing the game with my friends because they are all very sad and asking why I'm not online.
