Not sure if this is expected behaviour, but when I accidentally used resurrection when not in party, it went into cooldown. I tested this further. Everytime I use resurrection when not in party, it goes into cooldown. When in party and there isn't a dead member present, it does not go into cooldown. This includes being in a party by myself. Is this expected behaviour?
