Hello, Your accounts aren't banned. If you can't connect due to not remembering your e-mail, the e-mail is case-sensitive. Make sure you are using the right letter cases when requesting the recovery e-mail. If you still are having trouble, you will have to make a support request post. Hey Stephen, thank for helping me out, I opend a thread there like 5 days ago and no one answer me there. I did try the all combination of email case sensitive but my account blocked and can't recover the mail, Can you try to help me there? Thanks
