Hmm I'm not sure. I did have a thief character but I can't remember the name. I would probably have to confirm the email used to know if it was one of mine. What seems to be the problem?

 

Hi its been 2 weeks is there an update on this? There has definitely been a mistake in my ban here.

 

From memory it was around level 100. Can't remember the job name but it was the shuriken one not the dagger one.

Can you tell me what is going on? It has been over a month and I still don't know why I've been banned.

This is not a particularly clear response. It says voting once per day not once per character. This is confusing to me and clearly a misunderstanding. Also it says first offence is a day ban not a perm ban. Given this is confusing and it's my first, and accidental, offence is there any chance this can be a day ban instead? Seems like an unfair level of banning applied here.

Well thats not true because I moved house and created the second character when I moved into the new property

 

That doesn't match the rules you shared. It says per household. I voted in two different households
