Closed Returning Player - Unsure of account standing

    ALL Your Character Names: I have no idea what my character's names are anymore, It has been a year or two since I last played.
    Last thing you did: No idea honestly, perhaps a Ludi PQ?
    Why do you think you got banned?: I am not sure if it's banned, would like some closure. I truly don't remember committing any offense.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Says account may be banned or blocked connection. Now it says it's locked due to incorrect PIN attempts. Also, would love to reset my pin if possible. I tried PIN recovery and used the two e-mails I would have used when signing up however, I never received a PIN reset email in either.
    What GM banned you (optional): No clue... Hope you guys can help me! Thank you

    Hello,

    Do you remember your account names?

    Also, with the e-mail recovery, are you making sure the e-mail you are using is case-sensitive? That is necessary for the e-mail to be sent.

    Yes, I do remember the account name. However, I was told not to post the account name here. I did use the correct email for sure. Can I PM you my account name?

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to make a post in the Support Request forum here to attempt a recovery of your account:

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    If you have other accounts, you may play on them, and also create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
