Closed returning player

    ALL Your Character Names: maybe ieowyn (i dont remember)
    Last thing you did: killing mobs ?
    Why do you think you got banned?: i tried login in but it keep saying my pin was incorrect, than it said my account was blocked because of too many tries
    Ban message when attempting to log in: ID deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): dont know

    i already tried reset pin and pic trough the website, but nothing changed

    Hello,

    When was the last time you played? Can you estimate a month and year?

    Also, did you have a different forum account from back then, or is this the first one you've had?

    I don't remember, maybe 2018… has for the account for the forum, I have two emails, but neither one dint work to login, so I assumed I didn't create one back than.

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:
    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.

    I will be closing this report in the meantime, but you can still respond here if you have any questions.
