    Problem: Doing HT run and meeting server restart in 1/11
    Details: We did HT run yesterday and met the server restart. Hope to be able to get rewarp, thx :)

    There is a scrolling message at the top saying to refrain from starting any new boss runs as those will not be refunded, that message was up since 14:56 Server Time. You started your horntail at around 15:55 Server Time thus you were aware of the risk, unfortunately we are not able to refund this run.
