Hi all, So far, I've run the golden compass quest three times, and it's great. I think it's fun, and I've gotten great EXP to boot. I'm just confused about how often I'm able to do it. I have hundreds of N E W S items already from grinding, and I'd like to use them all quickly to do the quest a bunch of times in a row. A friend of mine told me that this was possible (i.e. he had 40 N E W S in his inventory, and he was able to run the quest twice in a row), but I haven't been able to replicate it. I've had to play for long periods of time before the light bulb appears over my head. How long do I have to wait between Golden Compass quests? Also, my friend told me that he hasn't seen any EXP eggs while hunting golden pigs, but I see them all the time. We think that it's because he's over level 120. Can anyone else verify whether EXP eggs stop dropping after a certain point? If you've got any other information about how this quest works, I'd really appreciate it. I just want to run it as much as possible @_@
Ah same, I used to get the compass quest immediately after completing it, but im not getting it to pop up as often as before. Not entirely sure why also
If you have the completed compass in your inventory the timer for the quest starts again. If you dont use the completed compass by the time the quest timer resets (seems to be about an hour or 2) then the lightbulb will appear immediately after using the completed one.
After this server restart, the quest doesn't appear anymore for me. Are there restrictions or was the quest deactivated? Does someone know more about it?
