I spoke to the admin npc after taking the lightbulb quest, since she showed the finished quest icon, while the quest wasn't finished. The quest just disappeared entirely while showing my completion being 0/21 but its stamped ? I finished the quest for my bs without talking with the npc and it worked fine like this. _________ Another issue is I got no rewards from duey when I've gotten into top 100 for the artifact ranking event, I know the no stat ones got fixed but I just didn't receive them entirely! Hopefully it can be resolved soon~

Ah okay thank you, I also just realized that the ranking reward isn't for job rank, but total rank of all jobs for top 100 Sorry my mistake!
