This is secound time it happened . 21 april 02:00 server time ch 7 all mob drop had some delay to be able to pick up which doesnt look like a fixed time, some drops took around 20s and some over 1 min . nor my pets nor me could loot until time has passed. Of couse had etc slots and had no lag. After leaving RG everything went back to normal. Also is there some hidden iten you need to loot to spwan bees? most bees spawned after i was able to loot a pile of itens.
Its a known bug, it happens because a previous player hit those mobs and now they have priority to loot the items before you. Not sure if this can or will be fixed though. As for the 2nd part, there is an invisible item, you dont need to loot it.
I whould understand if it was a few mob but it happened even on golen boss and all monsters that respawned, there is no way someone hitted them before me.
