Rose Garden - Won't give you quest after reset if you turned just before reset

    What happened: I was running this on my Hero roughly 42 minutes before reset. I finished Rose Garden with 2minutes to spare before reset and then turned in the Rose Bouquet to Ifia before I left back to town and logging off of it. When reset happened and I checked back later today, I had no quest available to accept so I can enter Rose Garden.

    What should have happened: It should have given me new quest available to do :VLsad:

    Please fix
