Fixed RP Item Black Hip Hop Visual Bug

    There is a bug where the RP Top item "Black Hip Hop" sleeve goes missing when using a chair or mount.

    Last post I could find regarding this issue was in 2018, and it still has not been resolved. (https://royals.ms/forum/threads/visual-error-on-a-rp-equip.124861/#post-710970)

    When standing, this is what the sleeve looks like:

    When sitting or using a mount, the sleeve disappears (facing either way):
