I saw a refund thread and sent a pm to the GM's involved in this a week ago to clarify a rule, but I didn't get a response, so I thought I might get a clarification here. To my understanding, complete and unedited screenshots are required for report abuse evidence. I'm not sure if they are required for refund as well and I would like to find out. Thanks in advance! Yes, for refund threads we do require the player to upload uncropped and unedited screenshots, else we will not consider them. If we have refunded a thread that used cropped or edited screenshots then that's a mistake on our part, as it should not happen.
