so this happens to me daily. im in skeles i own the map ~mapowner but someone else enteres map and just pesters me even after i tell them to cc (90% of people to cc instantly if u ask) but hte remaining 10% jsut sit there spamming attack on the air or runs around hte map picking up all the items.
i dont instalty tell anyone to cc but if they are doing something like picking up items or start attacking air i will tell them to cc, alot of people tend not to no the mapowner has the rite to tell them to cc they think aslong as they dont attack anything they arnt doing anything wrong. i have plenty of screenshots of people doing this and i even tell them its against the rules and will report but i havnt yet cause idk if its really there fault for not knowing.

my suggestion is maybe have 1 of the maple tips "if mapowner ask's you to cc you must cc " or something along those lines

As @Rob (I think?) said in a different thead, making a rule along the lines of "if the mapowner tells you to change channel you have to do so" sets a dangerous precedent.

A rule like that would create a lot of possibilities for false reports.

In regards to your current issues:

    - Looting another person's loot is against the tules and is mentioned in the T&C.

    - Staying on the map and attacking air could be considered as killstealing I think, because their interactions will show up when you use ~mapowner.

In short: the things you mention are illegal and thus reportable, and your suggestion would cause a lot of problems in the long run.
