Not Bug Rush Skill Quest Bug

    Hello,
    I have a paladin lvl 120, and I started the quest to get the Rush skill. I have a dragon knight friend, lvl 126, and we tried to go together to the map in sanctuary entrance III to complete the quest but upon entrance, my game crashes and I get an error code while my friend enters the room normally.
    Looking for help or any suggestions on how to fix this.

    I'm not sure how to upload images, but the error message reads:
    "error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)"

    If it happens to anyone else, know that reinstalling the game worked for me.

    Yea, that error code means outdated game files
