350m is the lowest I can go

 

Then make the s/b 350m instead of 250m? Then you wouldn't have to deal with people bidding lower than what you'd sell it for, and early-on bidders wouldn't be wasting their time either

 

I think it's all situational, because in some cases a lower starting bid brings more people in which may have helped raise the final bid. He could have bumped a long time to raise the visibility of the post as well, but I guess he wants to sell fast.

Also, the nature of the item may not have helped either. A perfect red Katana is nice, but unless it's godly, it's not useful. Because it's not an item that people NEED, they are not willing to spend more on the item.

@BukJon If you are willing to a/w on the spot, I'll buy it for 350m. ^_^
