i'm not sure what kind of deal to propose, because I don't know the exact value of the items. I would assume the easiest option would be to convert the items into their economic value and make sure the trade is even? i.e. if both chairs were 500m each, and the glove is 800m. Then I would propose trading the glove +200m for the chairs.
