I'd suggest you to just decide and put up your own rate, it's your item, you have the right initiate any rate, and the buyers would need to respect and take it as what you said.
well reopen bump ~ reason: after holding the cape for some long time for yan to get the meso he was not able to get the meso from his friend ,he did apologize and let me put on sale again , so here am . meanwhile market/players situation changed because of that am going to take new offers also i made a/w this time
