Hey mate, sorry but unfortunately that's not the real market price, probbly people just had a hard time selling or didn't really knew the price (800m lol). The chair costs 1.7-2b. If you owl it rn you'll see that first of all- it's rare. And secondly, all above 1.7. i myself bought it for 2b a while ago. No rush selling. Best i can do is 1.6 not less.
