    Because I spend 300mil on the PGC and 350 mil on the chaos scroll
    also,the successful rate is only 30% to make the cape better
    (60% to pass,and 50% to decide better or worse, 60%*50% = 30%)
    So ...I set the A/W at 900mil
    just leave your offer,or u can own it now from the fm
