Awaiting Player Feedback Saved facestyle missing?

    Problem: Missing saved facestyle
    Details: I had Apricot Blush face and Elf Queen face saved in my inventory last I checked and Elf Queen has since gone missing. I don't believe I deleted it by accident as it was my most recently saved face since Elven Spirit Cloak (F) was added to the RP store. Any chance on fixing this without me spending additional RP to save it again?
    Attached proof that I did have this facestyle at one point

    The earliest screenshot I have is from September last year, I would have bought it within a week of Elven Spirit Cloak (F) being added to the cash shop since I was the one who requested it to be added because I had a face picked out ready to go with it. As for when I would have saved it, I'm not sure but I do know I had saved it at some point as I will flick through my RP/NX sets occasionally using my 2 hair and face saved slots
