However, if one has enough evidence to prove the scammer's malicious intention and action, performed in repetition, they can be reported and punished for "objectionable behavior". This is not an easy task as one needs to provide precise evidence to prove the context of the event so that staff may know it is not a frame or an emotional bias. Overpricing... is not a scam. It's solely the buyer's responsibility to stay vigilant because this is a free market and everyone has the right to price their goods with their own value. We cannot force one to value their items at a "standard" price which we deem fair. Only exceptions are bundle shop scams and they get blacklisted in the community black list.
