Fixed Scar/Targa bug

    We tried to enter the Scar/Targa map and as soon as we clicked NPC, we got teleported back to town. We also had 2 people in party as offline. Unsure if that caused the issue or not.

    Also we tried to enter twice within the 5 minute timeframe and now it says we can not enter more than twice a day. So we lost both runs and we got kicked back to town both times after immediately entering.

    The issue has been resolved. We will host another SC soon to fix this along with the Monster Book bug.
