Fixed Scar/Targa run bugged

    I made a party to do the Scarlion run and at the moment to start the run we all registered the problem was when i started the run it was only me in the scarlion run and all my party members outside. We did this twice in differents channels with the same problem.
    One more thing there was a scarlion/targa with half health in both channels. ch 3 and ch 14
