Character Name: Kikaira Where you are having the issue: In-Game Date and time occurred: Started yesterday 2:00am December 7th 2021 (GMT) to present. Details of the issue: My games screen freezes every 10-15 seconds. It only lasts for a second or two before returning to normal. During the freeze I can do any action (Move, attack, open menus and so on). I feel like it is an issue on my end because it doesn't look like anyone else in game is having a similar issue. I have already updated and reinstalled everything. I am not sure if I would consider this lag because no inputs get dropped. It's very strange. Other things of note: -It starts happening on the login screen -It has never caused me to D/C -I was able to play League of Legends with no lag at all today. -Rebooted my wifi and moved closer to the router for a hopefully stronger signal. -I have a video of it happening if anyone thinks it may help to see what I am talking about.
If the "freeze" refers to everything else stops moving but only you can move, that would be a network lag issue Although you may play League of Legends or stream online content such as YouTube or Netflix (without any lag/delays), it isn't an accurate estimation of your connections to Royals Please try the following test when you experience the weird "freeze" again https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/ IP address for test: 51.68.205.179 Simply download that software, run it, input that IP address, and click start. Allow it to run 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here
Here is the program run for 101 tests. (I was a little bit further from my router when I ran it) Below is a link to a video of the occurrence. I should have better described the issue to start. My entire screen freezes including me but sound doesn't stop and I can hear cues for skills being cast and other noises that require input (if that makes sense)
Hi just a follow up post with some more info. There was a possible solution posted https://royals.ms/forum/threads/pos...whos-experiencing-lag-connection-issue.152049 and it didn't seem to work for me. So I am still looking for advice.
