I know we are months far from the new source and this is probably a priority either but im sure many of us have been wanting a bigger resolution. I did a quick search on the forums and this has been suggested before and denied because a new source would be needed. I know there are solutions like THIS, but it isn't quite as good as a true 1024x768 so i would like to ask if the new source will allow other resolutions or if there is even a posibility for this to happen after the new source is released
I believe a new client would be required to pull this off. Which (I believe) is a much tougher project than a new source, so we won't see that for a while. I'm wondering if there's a possibility of one of the admins looking into a third party program that would allow maple to go full screen windowed. From what I can remember there have been a couple programs brought up in the past. I would assume that an admin would have the ability to look into a program and be able to allow the community to use a specific one. Kind of just like sandboxie was allowed before they modified the client to basically do exactly what sandboxie does, without sandboxie. I could be a lot more complicated than that though. I really hope this will be considered though.
