Fixed 'Scroll for Belts for DEX 10%' shows incorrect stats

    The item in game shows +2 on the info text, but all other 10% belt scrolls (and 30%'s) give +3 to their respective stats. I'm not sure if this is a visual bug or if the item itself also only rewards +2 upon success

    Can confirm it's just the description that's wrong. Fixed for next update.
