Scroll for Bottomwear for Dex 60%?

    Can anyone confirm that Scroll for Bottomwear for Dex 60% drops from Yeti & Pepe? Because according to the library, it is listed that they drop those scrolls. However, it is not mentioned from any other websites, such as hidden-street.net. I've been farming for hours already and not a single scroll has been dropped yet. Are there any alternative ways to obtain the mentioned scroll, other than Gachapon? Any confirmation or suggestion to obtain Bottomwear Dex 60% Scrolls would be very much appreciated, thanks!

    Yes they do drop that scroll. I've gotten quite a few but they're pretty rare!
