>>> Access the calculator from here <<< # ------------------------------------------------------- # Summary # ------------------------------------------------------- Walap royalers, after reading an interesting thread here, I decided to create a calculator and run some basic statistics on scrolling. Author: xMightyx Negative binomial distribution Assumption: 1)Independent Bernoulli trials 2)constant probability of success in scrolls Key question: A player making a perfect gear(along with white scrolls) must pass 7 scrolls before it is done. On each randomly used scroll, there is a 10% chance of a pass. What is the probability the 7th passed by the x scrolls? P.S. I am looking for a donation and very cheap scrolls to get some data. What if dummy works??? f3 *wink* I am looking for some feedback on the calculator as well. # ------------------------------------------------------- # Version 01 # ------------------------------------------------------- This is the version.01, thus much improvement may be done in the future. This version only calculates the probability of making a perfect gear using 10% scroll (with white scrolls), and give out an estimated cost of the perfection process. # ------------------------------------------------------- # References information # ------------------------------------------------------- Some reference information here , by @djanny.
