As the title says: There are a lot of good looking regular items, but you never really get to wear them because their stats aren't good enough. Example: Most NX warrior weapons look like shit, while many of the weapons you get on lower levels look awesome, but you never get to wear them for long because they're not end-game material. So, if it's possible - it would be cool with a scroll that could turn regular equipment into costumes. Could be a nice meso sink, gach item or donor option.
