    Was trying to scroll my black belt with CS and WS normally. When scrolling the black belt, the WS prompt didn't appear and my black belt slot got consumed when it failed.

    Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds in this case. If the WS prompt did not appear, that is because you did not have a WS in your possession at the time of scrolling.
