Hello, It has been 2 days now of this message saying the quest is having it's annual cleaning. I could not turn in the quest since the new patch update. I forfeited the old from yesterday and did the next one today. I am still getting this message. I am just trying to do the daily hp quest. If I could get some help with this that would be great. Thanks!
they have disabled the quest due to a bug. you could have abused the fact that you could forfeited the quest and take it again till you get the 20hp one. I have been told by @Dasha that they will fix it in the next server check. Not Bug - Elixir of Life / Reuel HP Quest - Not able to get the reward. | MapleRoyals I'm in the same boat as you.....

Hi, as per Update 71.1, this quest has been fixed "Fixed an issue where Reuel's Elixir of Life quests did not work properly." Please report it again if the quest have any other issues
