Hello, yesterday i was training at GS2 with my priest (Repsare) and i suddenly DC'd, i tried too log back into the game but when i got too my character selection, i clicked my character and it put me back at the login screen with the message "unable too connect to the game, please try again later" I have been told it is the client that i need too update, but i have done that and i have also uninstalled mapleroyals / maplestory, reinstalled and put the new client in again, the problem still persists, it has been happening for almost a whole day now, is there any possible way too fix it?
Multiple people are expierencing this issue, and all you guys are saying is too redownload the client, WHICH is NOT a fix too this issue, as i have done that MULTIPLE times, still cant log in, i just dc at character selection, why is this only affecting a small amount of players? its like its only affecting the ones who were logged in when that mini roll back happened yesterday.
Downloaded the new MapleRoyals.exe via the thread in the Announcement section. Works now. And I haven't played in weeks, so your theory is most likely false. Good luck!
I have tried that multiple times and i am still expierencing the issue dude :/ i will try again but yeah.. EDIT; tried again, still the problem persists. EDIT2; And as i said, this issue seems too only be affecting the people who dced yesterday, and couldnt log in since.
Uninstalled again, reinstalled, downloaded new client, placed in folder, still doesnt work, still get disconnected when i select my character, any help would be great thanks...
Have you tried using the account fixes on the website? I see no ban or issues with your account that would prevent you from logging in...
Problem was whenever i downloaded the new client, for some reason it would just direct me too the old client download for some reason, had a friend upload the client too media fire downloaded it and worked fine.
