Hi Everyone, There will be a server check today 10th March 2016 at 20:00 Server Time (GMT), lasting for approximately 15 minutes. The game will be inaccessible during this time. Changes during this server check: Orbis PQ is now fixed and working for levels 51-70. So gather up a party of 6 and head to "Orbis - The Unknown Tower" to start the quest! (Optional stage; "The Room of the Guilty" is not yet functional and will be fixed at a later date). Ludibrium Maze PQ will now give half as much EXP per ticket, and Tauromacis' will drop 1-5 coupons rather than 1-10. Delay reduced for entering consecutive portals. All 4th job skill quest maps will now get renewed upon entering. The entrance NPC's for Herb Town PQ and Ludibrium PQ will no longer cause some characters to disconnect. Some fixes to the way EXP for Herb Town PQ is calculated. The MapleRoyals Staff. @Matt If im not wrong, some of the Lord Pirates are missing their bosshp at the top, is it supposed to be like that? IIRC Lord Pirate has this issue while peeking & enraged does not. (I haven't met the others yet incase there are more.)
Seems like there has already been a bit of discussion in regards to OPQ EXP not being good enough. We have obviously made a lot of changes in this update to OPQ, which included reworking the EXP for stages to avoid rushing so that players will only receive the majority of the PQ EXP once they finish the PQ in full - something which GMS did not do. I urge players to wait until it is released and try it out before pushing OPQ to the side. I would not have put the effort into coding OPQ if I knew that players were not going to participate in the PQ. It should be balanced fairly well, but as usual it's hard to judge so some changes may need to be made depending on what feedback we get. OPQ is by far one of the most varied PQ's that involves a lot of effort and teamwork, and so deserves to be rewarded well. Angry, Enraged and Peeking Lord Pirate have the HP bars. Not sure why the regular Lord Pirate doesn't have any, but that's just how it is in the wz, we can fix it later in a wz edit though.
It will be nice to actually experience the full Orbis PQ! All of my memories of it from the GMS days were smuggle PQs. :/
It's come to my attention that the "Storage" stage in Orbis PQ sometimes does not spawn a Cellion, sadly this was overlooked during testing as the spawn points are randomised, however it will be fixed in the next Server Check likely tomorrow. So for now I've changed the stage to give the piece automatically with reduced exp, until fixed very soon.
does orbis pq / herb town pq drops red ciders? cause if they are not, I think this item should be added since LMPQ should became super un-popular according to the last changes were made
