    Hi Royallers,

    There will be a server check on 30th December 2022 at 23:00 Server Time (UTC), lasting approximately 30 minutes.
    • Due to a crashing issue, the Schwarzer Coat will be temporarily removed from the cash shop, and players who purchase the item will have it removed and RP refunded.
    • We are aware of an issue obtaining the Christmas Miracle 2022 medal, this will be fixed in an upcoming patch.
    • We are continuing to investigate crashing issues in populated maps and hope to have a fix for this soon.
    Character name changes will be processed in this maintenance.
