IGN: HilmanLaa Problem: Server went down before Killing Krexel at 1% HP Details: Hello, my girlfriend and I were killing Krexel and the server went down at 1% HP B2, just as we were about to kill it after buffing ourselves with Holy Symbol for more EXP. We would hope to get a refund by teleporting us back in with the Krexel HP at 1% or at least just refund us our daily entry for it. Thank you! The GMs may not be online in-game around the server down period, hence we would require players to submit threads (regardless if it's Character Issue, Report Abuse or Bug Report etc)
So how would the refund works if it's not resolve till tomorrow comes when dailies resets? Just curious :O
I am unable to give an exact answer, as it depends on the Staff's available time to provide the refund
